Location: the hotel was right by historic centre, the famous leaning tower, and the garden. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Ristorante la Scaletta, ate there once or twice. The breakfasts were delicious and savoury with homemade cakes.

The location is not ideal, a 40-minute walk to the train station, and the breakfast boxes were just embarrasingly lacking real food, all plastic-wrapped dreck. Expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but received nothing. Almost thought about giving this place a good rating, but just couldn't. Pathetic, really.

Great spot in the city center!
Checking in was super chill and that little snack waiting in the room was adorable! Loved the spacious room, and being in the heart of the city made it super easy to explore. They even had free bikes, but they weren't quite as nice as the pics online. I wish the breakfast had more options.

Parking was super convenient, right outside the door. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, keeping us cool all night. Noemi sent us great restaurant recommendations, and the room was comfortable and cozy with a nice breakfast basket.

excellent parking, responsive host, functioning air conditioning
Wake-up calls from loud machinery at 8 am definitely need to be addressed!!! Expect a longer walk to attractions with limited bus service after 8 pm, not ideal for evening outings!!!

Good value for a city holiday in Pisa. The free bikes to explore the area were useful. I enjoyed using them. Check if the bikes are in working order before using them.
